Well, Toranafest 2011 has been and gone and what a weekend it was! 2012 is shaping up to be another great year for Toranafest and Newcastle.

This year's theme, in conjunction with the Torana's first Bathurst win in 1972, is;

                                                                          "The Giant Killers"

Whilst all Toranas are welcome, we will be acknowledging the milestone of the LC/LJ's that started the Torana motorsport phenomenon over the course of the weekend.

With last year's numbers topping a record breaking (again!) 276 entrants, we can only imagine the numbers that we will get this year as interest in Toranafest, and "The Little General" continues to grow.

This year will see a cruise around the region for the interstate guests and local entrants on the Saturday as well as the Saturday Night "Meet & Greet" BBQ for entrants, guests and sponsors. This has become hugely popular over the past couple of years.

Sundays Toranafest "Show & Shine" will make for a great day of meeting mates, chatting about all things Torana and listening to the great tunes from the 70's!

Once again, we have a huge line up of special guests attending Toranafest, which include Colin Bond, Joe Felice, Bev Brock, Ian Tate, Bob Skelton as well others to be confirmed to make this a truly memorable day for Torana enthusiasts.
